1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GemiCash, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Account Registration and OTP Verification
Sign-Up Process: To use GemiCash, users must register using a valid mobile number. A Mobile OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to verify and secure your registration.
Account Responsibility: One user/device is allowed to create only one account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your verified account.
3. Reward Tasks System
GemiCash offers rewards for successfully completing specific within-app tasks (such as watching ads, completing offers, or interactive tasks).
Any attempt to manipulate tasks, use VPNs, emulators, automated bots, or scripting tools will result in immediate account termination and permanent forfeiture of all earnings.
4. Payouts, Redemptions, and Email OTP Security
Redemption Verification: To ensure the highest level of security and prevent unauthorized cash-outs, GemiCash requires mandatory Email OTP verification at the time of redeeming rewards.
Users must link a valid and active email address to receive the redemption OTP.
We reserve the right to delay or hold payouts if suspicious activity, multiple account binding, or failed OTP verifications are detected.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to GemiCash immediately, without prior notice, for any fraudulent behavior, breach of terms, or attempt to bypass our OTP security systems.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
